Notes:
1. A 1 hour minimum required. A trip charge for on-site consulting equal to 1/2 the normal consulting rate will be charged for travel time to the job site.
2. A 3 hour minimum applies to on-site training due to time to prep and set up training environment.
* All consulting time is billed in 15-minute increments.
These rates do not apply to ongoing technical support for subscribers of our own services (including Web Hosting, Domain Names, SSL Certificates, Internet Access, and Remote Backup Services). Standard support for our subscription services is always included free of charge.
